Our objective remains the same: giving the opportunity to a maximum of Subaru fanatics to drive on a racing circuit in the best security settings. During the entire day, the organisation will take all necessary decisions concerning the event in consultation with the security guards. The scheduled programme can be changed at any time.
The organisation has foreseen a large team of security people around the circuit: a staffed ambulance, doctor, 4x4, security team and breakdown lorry to tow away cars if necessary. On the other hand, all cars with changes made to increase performance, will have to pass a technical check to fàr safety before being allowed on the track. fFllowing points will be checked: roll-over bar, safety belt or harness, brakes,… (a detailed listing is available upon request).
Before the start of the AM sessions, a sound-limit control will be offered to all participants. Participation is not required. In case the limit of 103Db is surpassed, a warning will be given to the driver who participated in the sound-limit control. Please note that if during the day, breach of the sound limit is registered, that driver will not be allowed to participate any further during the trackday.Registration fees are not reimbursed in such cases.
- All occupants in the car have to wear a crash helmet at all times.
- Only 2 persons (driver and 1 person sitting in the front) per car are authorised
- Db-Limit: 103Db
- Windows and open roofs need to be closed
- Children will not be allowed in the pitlane without being accompanied by the parents. Children remain under the full responsibility of the parents at all time
- Pets will not be allowed in the pitlane, not even on a leash
- Each participant is obliged to follow all instructions of the track marshals and the members of the organisation
- After one or several acts of misbehaviour, the organisation can and will forbid you and your car acces to the track. You will not have the right to any refund in this case
- By registering for the Subaru Trackday, you agree to all security measures and terms and conditions
